Welcome to the Plan & Learn app. By downloading, accessing, or using the Plan & Learn mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App, including our rate-limiting systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.

3. User Content

If the App allows you to create, submit, or store content (such as plans, tasks, or notes), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the App's services to you (e.g., passing queries to backend APIs for real-time generation).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., our backend infrastructure powered by Cloudflare). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
